1. How could I get samples?
We
supply free samples if the total value under 5 US
dollars .If you
have a DHL or FEDEX
account or other courier freight collectable
account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 5 US
dollars, we'd like to
ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight.
We will send the
samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account,
Please send us the samples
charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
2.How much the courier
freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the
quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
3. How can I get
our price list?
Please send us email or fax
for order information.
4.Can we have our logo or
company name to be printed on your
products or the package?
Yes.
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products
You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG
AI or TIFF format.

5. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase
order by email or fax.
Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for
your order.
We need to know the following information for your
order:
* Shipping information - company name, street
address,
phone number, fax number,
destination airport or sea port,
transportation method ( by courier, by air or by
ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity,
confirmed unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in
CHINA PORTS )

arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air
and courier transportation.
¡¡7. How can
the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight
less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to
the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean
container.
The transportation way depends on
your choice. Freight depends on
quantity, weight, volume, transportation way,
destination country
(airport, sea port ).
8. What's your usual payment term for orders?
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our
company bank account after order
confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit
card.
9. How can we get your new products announcement?
Please refer to the column of
"New design" in our website.or
request
my email.
10. What's the Min Order Quantity?
Due to the products, please contact us to make sure,
usually we do
not accept less than USD 100,000
PCS of order (one
model ).
11. What's the Warranty of Your Products?
6 months to 12 months,
depending on the product. We accept free
replacement for unqualified products.

If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000
per month, you
could be one of our distributor in your city or
area; If you can sell our
products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you
could be our
sole distributor in the country.
